Welcome to TradeRange. These Terms of Service define the agreement between you and us when you use the Service. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

Bienvenido a TradeRange. Estos Términos de Servicio definen el acuerdo entre tú y nosotros cuando utilizas el Servicio. Por favor, léelos atentamente. Al crear una cuenta o utilizar el Servicio, aceptas estos Términos.

TradeRange'e hoş geldiniz. Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Hizmeti kullanırken sizinle bizim aramızdaki anlaşmayı tanımlar. Lütfen dikkatli okuyun. Hesap oluşturarak veya Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

TradeRange is an educational price action trading simulator. It lets you place virtual trades on historical market data, watch the outcomes through replay, and evaluate yourself based on risk-to-reward (R:R) ratio.

TradeRange es un simulador educativo de trading de price action. Te permite realizar operaciones virtuales sobre datos de mercado históricos, ver los resultados mediante replay y evaluarte basándote en el ratio riesgo-beneficio (R:R).

The Service has been built and offered as a learning tool by Burak Akkaya, an individual sole proprietor based in Türkiye.

El Servicio ha sido creado y ofrecido como herramienta de aprendizaje por Burak Akkaya, un emprendedor individual con sede en Türkiye.

Hizmet, Türkiye'de yerleşik şahıs olarak Burak Akkaya tarafından bir öğrenme aracı olarak geliştirilmiş ve sunulmaktadır.

2. What TradeRange is not2. Qué no es TradeRange2. TradeRange ne değildir

• TradeRange is not financial advice or investment guidance.
• TradeRange is not a brokerage. You cannot trade with real money.
• TradeRange is not a signal service. It does not give "buy this" or "sell that" recommendations.
• TradeRange uses no live market data. Every chart is frozen historical data from 2021–2026. There is no connection to any exchange, broker or price feed.
• You cannot deposit or withdraw money, and no order you place is ever routed to any market. Nothing leaves the simulator.
• Your score is not a currency. Results are expressed only in R — multiples of the risk you set yourself. There is no virtual balance, no leverage and no wallet.
• Your performance on TradeRange does not guarantee real market performance. Success on historical data is not a guarantee of future profit.

In real money trading, you can lose money. Your investment decisions are entirely your own. Before trading with real money, do your own research and, if needed, consult a licensed financial advisor.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating your account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

A person may create only one account. If we detect abuse with multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close them.

• Hack the Service, reverse-engineer it (except where applicable law permits), or exploit security vulnerabilities
• Access it via automated bots, scrapers, or tools that bypass rate limits
• Access another user's account without permission or impersonate them
• Send spam, fraud, or harmful content to other users via the Service
• Copy or resell TradeRange's brand, content, or code without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates the laws of Türkiye or your own country
• Use insults, hate speech, obscenity, or language that harasses another user in your username, X handle, or any part of your profile
• Harass, intimidate, or target another user
• Manipulate results or the leaderboard: modify the app, tamper with requests sent to our servers, or submit trades that were not actually played

• Hackear el Servicio, hacer ingeniería inversa (salvo en los casos permitidos por la ley aplicable) o explotar vulnerabilidades de seguridad
• Acceder mediante bots automatizados, scrapers o herramientas que evadan los límites de velocidad
• Acceder a la cuenta de otro usuario sin permiso o suplantar su identidad
• Enviar spam, fraude o contenido dañino a otros usuarios a través del Servicio
• Copiar o revender la marca, contenido o código de TradeRange sin permiso
• Realizar cualquier actividad que viole las leyes de Türkiye o de tu propio país
• Usar insultos, discurso de odio, obscenidades o lenguaje que acose a otro usuario en tu nombre de usuario, tu cuenta de X o cualquier parte de tu perfil
• Acosar, intimidar o señalar a otro usuario
• Manipular los resultados o la clasificación: modificar la aplicación, alterar las solicitudes enviadas a nuestros servidores o enviar operaciones que no se jugaron realmente

• Hizmeti hacklemek, tersine mühendislik yapmak (uygulanabilir hukukun izin verdiği durumlar hariç) veya güvenlik açıklarını sömürmek
• Otomatik bot, scraper veya rate limit'i aşacak araçlarla erişmek
• Başkalarının hesabına izinsiz girmek veya kimliklerini taklit etmek
• Hizmet üzerinden başkalarına spam, dolandırıcılık veya zararlı içerik göndermek
• TradeRange'in markasını, içeriğini veya kodunu izinsiz kopyalamak veya yeniden satmak
• Türkiye veya kendi ülkenizdeki yasalara aykırı herhangi bir faaliyet
• Kullanıcı adınızda, X hesabınızda veya profilinizin herhangi bir alanında hakaret, nefret söylemi, müstehcenlik veya başka bir kullanıcıyı taciz edici ifadeler kullanmak
• Başka bir kullanıcıyı rahatsız etmek, yıldırmak veya hedef göstermek
• Sonuçları veya sıralamayı hileyle değiştirmek: uygulamayı değiştirmek, sunucularımıza giden istekleri kurcalamak veya gerçekte oynanmamış işlem göndermek

Submitted trades are checked automatically on our servers against the historical price data. We may reject trades that fail these checks or exclude them from the leaderboard and statistics.

Las operaciones enviadas se comprueban automáticamente en nuestros servidores con los datos históricos de precios. Podemos rechazar las operaciones que no superen estas comprobaciones o excluirlas de la clasificación y de las estadísticas.

Gönderilen işlemler sunucularımızda geçmiş fiyat verisine göre otomatik olarak kontrol edilir. Bu kontrolleri geçemeyen işlemleri reddedebilir ya da sıralamadan ve istatistiklerden çıkarabiliriz.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reported content is reviewed and, if found inappropriate, removed, and the account responsible is ejected from the Service. You can also block any user from within the app.

If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice.

Tenemos tolerancia cero con el contenido objetable y los usuarios abusivos. El contenido reportado se revisa y, si se considera inapropiado, se elimina y la cuenta responsable es expulsada del Servicio. Además, puedes bloquear a cualquier usuario desde la aplicación.

Si violas estas reglas, nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cerrar tu cuenta sin previo aviso.

Sakıncalı içeriğe ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara sıfır tolerans gösteririz. Bildirilen içerik incelenir, uygunsuz bulunursa kaldırılır ve ilgili hesap hizmetten çıkarılır. Ayrıca dilediğiniz kullanıcıyı uygulama içinden engelleyebilirsiniz.

Bu kuralları ihlal ederseniz hesabınızı önceden bildirim yapmadan askıya alma veya kapatma hakkını saklı tutarız.

5. Your content5. Tu contenido5. Sizin içeriğiniz

The simulated trades, username, and account data you create on TradeRange belong to you. We process this data only to provide the Service to you (details in the Privacy Policy and, for Türkiye, the KVKK Information Notice).

Your username, avatar, X handle (if provided), join date, trading statistics, a daily activity summary (the days you played and, for each day, the number of trades, wins and Net R), rankings and awards are visible to anyone on the leaderboard and on your public profile. The individual trades in your journal, your notes and your snapshots are not shown to other users or on your public profile. How this data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Las operaciones simuladas, nombre de usuario y datos de cuenta que crees en TradeRange te pertenecen. Procesamos estos datos únicamente para ofrecerte el Servicio (detalles en la Política de Privacidad y, para Türkiye, en el Aviso informativo KVKK).

Tu nombre de usuario, tu avatar, tu cuenta de X (si la indicas), tu fecha de registro, tus estadísticas de trading, un resumen de actividad diaria (los días en que jugaste y, para cada día, el número de operaciones, las ganadas y el Net R), tus clasificaciones y tus premios son visibles para cualquiera en la clasificación y en tu perfil público. Las operaciones individuales de tu diario, tus notas y tus capturas no se muestran a otros usuarios ni en tu perfil público. Cómo se tratan estos datos se explica en la Política de Privacidad.

TradeRange'de oluşturduğunuz simülasyon trade'leri, kullanıcı adınız ve hesap verileriniz size aittir. Biz yalnızca Hizmeti size sunmak için bu verileri işleriz (detaylar Gizlilik Politikası'nda ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde).

Kullanıcı adınız, avatarınız, varsa X hesabınız, katılma tarihiniz, trading istatistikleriniz, günlük etkinlik özetiniz (oynadığınız günler ve her gün için işlem sayısı, kazançlar ve Net R), sıralamalarınız ve ödülleriniz sıralama tablosunda ve herkese açık profilinizde herkese görünür. Günlüğünüzdeki tek tek işlemler, notlarınız ve anlık görüntüleriniz diğer kullanıcılara veya herkese açık profilinizde gösterilmez. Bu verilerin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanır.

When you delete your account, the data linked to it is deleted in line with the deletion and retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

TradeRange's own design, software, brand name, logo, slogans, graphical interface, quest construction and other original content are the intellectual property of Burak Akkaya. Rights in third-party materials and data (such as open-source libraries, fonts and historical price data) belong to their respective owners. You have the right to use the Service for personal and educational purposes; however, you may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

El diseño, el software, el nombre de marca, el logotipo, los eslóganes, la interfaz gráfica, la construcción de las rondas y demás contenido original propio de TradeRange son propiedad intelectual de Burak Akkaya. Los derechos sobre materiales y datos de terceros (como bibliotecas de código abierto, tipografías y datos históricos de precios) pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares. Tienes derecho a utilizar el Servicio con fines personales y educativos; sin embargo, no puedes copiar, redistribuir ni utilizarlo con fines comerciales sin permiso.

TradeRange'e özgü tasarım, yazılım, marka, logo, sloganlar, grafik arayüz, quest kurgusu ve diğer özgün içerikler Burak Akkaya'nın fikri mülkiyetidir. Üçüncü taraf materyaller ve veriler (ör. açık kaynak kütüphaneler, yazı tipleri ve geçmiş fiyat verileri) üzerindeki haklar ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Hizmeti kişisel ve eğitim amaçlı kullanma hakkına sahipsiniz; ancak izinsiz kopyalayamaz, yeniden dağıtamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanamazsınız.

The historical price candles shown in quests (open, high, low and close values) are derived from publicly available historical market data provided by Dukascopy Bank SA, covering 2021–2026. This is past data only; TradeRange does not receive or display live prices. All rights to the selection of moments, the construction of each quest, timeframe conversion, charting, scoring, the journal and every other original part of the Service belong to TradeRange.

Las velas de precios históricos que se muestran en las rondas (valores de apertura, máximo, mínimo y cierre) derivan de datos históricos de mercado disponibles públicamente, proporcionados por Dukascopy Bank SA, correspondientes al período 2021–2026. Se trata únicamente de datos pasados; TradeRange no recibe ni muestra precios en vivo. Todos los derechos sobre la selección de los momentos, la construcción de cada ronda, la conversión de temporalidades, los gráficos, la puntuación, el diario y todas las demás partes originales del Servicio pertenecen a TradeRange.

Quest'lerde gösterilen geçmiş fiyat mumları (açılış, en yüksek, en düşük ve kapanış değerleri), Dukascopy Bank SA'nın kamuya açık olarak sunduğu 2021–2026 dönemine ait geçmiş piyasa verilerinden türetilmiştir. Bunlar yalnızca geçmiş verilerdir; TradeRange canlı fiyat almaz ve göstermez. Anların seçimi, her quest'in kurgulanması, zaman dilimi dönüşümleri, grafikler, puanlama, journal ve Hizmet'in diğer tüm özgün bölümlerinin hakları TradeRange'e aittir.

We work to continuously improve TradeRange, but we cannot guarantee that:

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will try to notify registered users of significant changes in advance.

TradeRange is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service

• We are not liable for damages from Service outages, data loss, or interruptions

The web version of TradeRange is free; the mobile app may be offered as a one-time paid download on app stores. There are no in-app payments, deposits, or real-money transactions of any kind; performance is scored purely on the risk-to-reward (R:R) ratio. Any compensation determined by a court is limited to the total amount you have paid us for the Service in the past 12 months (which is 0 TRY for free users).

Liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, liability arising from intent or gross fault, and the non-waivable statutory rights of consumers are not affected by these limitations.

La versión web de TradeRange es gratuita; la aplicación móvil puede ofrecerse como una descarga de pago única en las tiendas de aplicaciones. No hay pagos dentro de la aplicación, depósitos ni transacciones con dinero real de ningún tipo; el rendimiento se puntúa únicamente según el ratio riesgo-beneficio (R:R). Cualquier compensación determinada por un tribunal está limitada al importe total que nos has pagado por el Servicio en los últimos 12 meses (que es 0 TRY para usuarios gratuitos).

Las responsabilidades que la ley aplicable no permite limitar, la responsabilidad derivada de dolo o culpa grave y los derechos legales irrenunciables de los consumidores no se ven afectados por estas limitaciones.

TradeRange'in web sürümü ücretsizdir; mobil uygulama, uygulama mağazalarında tek seferlik ücretli indirme olarak sunulabilir. Uygulama içinde herhangi bir ödeme, bakiye yükleme veya gerçek para işlemi yoktur; performans yalnızca risk-ödül (R:R) oranı üzerinden değerlendirilir. Mahkeme tarafından belirlenecek herhangi bir tazminat tutarı, son 12 ay içinde Hizmet için bize ödediğiniz toplam tutarla sınırlıdır (ücretsiz kullanıcılar için bu tutar 0 TL'dir).

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. These Terms are between you and TradeRange, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the Service, its content or its support, so please direct any questions or claims about the Service to us. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Si descargaste la aplicación desde el App Store de Apple, también se aplica el Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final estándar de Apple. Las compras y los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus propias condiciones. Estos Términos son entre tú y TradeRange, no con Apple; Apple no es responsable del Servicio, de su contenido ni de su soporte, así que dirige cualquier pregunta o reclamación sobre el Servicio a nosotros. Tus derechos obligatorios conforme a la normativa de consumo aplicable no se ven afectados.

Uygulamayı Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir. Satın alma ve iadeler Apple tarafından, Apple'ın kendi koşullarına göre yürütülür. You may delete your account at any time. The "Delete my account" option is available in Service settings, or you may write to [email protected].

If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Para cambios significativos, notificaremos a los usuarios registrados por correo electrónico con al menos 14 días de anticipación. Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda uygulanabilir mevzuat uyarınca yetkili mahkemeler, icra müdürlükleri ve tüketici hakem heyetleri yetkilidir. Tüketicilerin emredici mevzuattan doğan hakları saklıdır.
